Order on Demand
What is Order on Demand?
The Hall of Heroes is committed to supporting the broadest range of table-top gaming supplies for our customers. In this 'Golden Age of Gaming' that range is bigger than it's ever been.
This means that we are not able to stock all products on hand, all the time. We try our best to keep the most popular items available for quick despatch or pickup, but others are sourced from our affiliated suppliers as required.
This is our Order on Demand service.
How does Order on Demand work?
If we don't have the item you have ordered currently in stock we immediately raise a back-order for it from our preferred supplier.
These back-orders are consolidated by our suppliers and shipped to us with our regular restock orders as the items become available, usually each week.
Sometimes a supplier is also waiting on an item to arrive in their warehouse. In this case an allocation for your back-ordered item is reserved until such time as they are able to ship it to us.
Once the items arrive in our store we will process your order and advise you that it is ready for collection, or has been shipped to your delivery address. The standard notification process is via email to your registered Hall of Heroes account.
How long does Order on Demand take?
Due to the variable availability of some ranges and the shipping schedules of different suppliers we can't offer a standard turn-around time for Order on Demand purchases.
Usually it will be between 1 to 3 weeks for items a supplier has in stock.
To fulfill your order as soon as possible we will utilise our full chain of suppliers to source your purchase from the fastest source possible.
Whatever it takes, we'll keeping chasing until we get your items for you.
In the rare case that we are not able to supply your order, such as when items cease to be available, we will promptly inform you and refund your purchase.
Let us do the work for you!
That's it! You get to sit back, relax and let us do all the work getting your favourite game into your hands. Plenty of time to dream about your next endeavour.
Happy gaming!
