Formed by the first Emperor, Augustus in the hope that he would be protected from the fate of his illustrious forebear, Julius Caesar, the Praetorian Guard were the Emperor's Elite bodyguard and also policed the city of rome.
The Praetorian Guard has rightly been seen as the power behind the Roman throne with the ability to make or break emperors. They were an elite unit of highly efficient killing machines used by the emperor to disband rebellion and crush civil unrest…
Comes replete with options to arm them with pilum or gladius and with great extras such as spare helmets, pila, shields and a cavalry helmet with metal faceplate! Also contains superb, full-colour waterslide shield transfers to bring your models to life.
This set contains:
- 20 multi-part, hard plastic 28mm tall Imperial Roman Praetorian Guards clad in segmented armour and full command group including both a signum and a vexillum standard
- Oval convex shields, crested helmets and the trademark lion pelt head-dresses of their standard bearers and musicians.
- Interchangeable with other Warlord games plastic sets
- Armed with pilum or gladius
- Superb full colour waterslide shield transfers to bring your models to life
- In celebration of the stunning New Release Hail Caesar Rule Book this boxed set has been repackaged - it contains 20 multi-part, hard plastic 28mm tall Roman Praetorian Guard and a metal mounted Emperor - Marcus Aurelius - for them to guard!
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Near Mint condition cards show minimal or no wear from play or handling and will have an unmarked surface, crisp corners, and otherwise pristine edges outside of minimal handling. Near Mint condition cards appear 'fresh out of the pack,' with edges and surfaces virtually free from all flaws. '

Lightly Played condition cards can have slight border or corner wear, or possibly minor scratches. No major defects are present, and there are less than 4 total flaws on the card. Lightly Played condition foils may have slight fading or indications of wear on the card face. '

Moderately Played condition cards have moderate wear, or flaws apparent to the naked eye. Moderately Played condition cards can show moderate border wear, mild corner wear, water damage, scratches , creases or fading, light dirt buildup, or any combination of these defects. '
