This game is going to be seriously huge - we are going for the reocord people,
Organisational details for the day -
We are not setting a points limit for this mega game. However we want to achieve 5 turns within a day so we will be setting a time limit of 1.5 hours per side for a total of 3 hours per turn. Team captains will have 2 X 30min turn extensions available for use on any turn they choose.
All this means is that you will have to think about the forces you are bringing. When your sides turn ends it immediately reverts to the opposites sides turn dice down for your side, if you are not finished combat then unfortunately so be it . If you want to use your entire vast collection then you will have to bring along some lieutenants to help you move your forces. Basically before committing forces consider if you will be able to move, shoot and fight in the allotted time frame.
Round one commences at 9am. If you miss the start of the turn or have not finished deploying then the forces not on the table will remain in reserve. Best be early. Access to the games hall will be from 7:30am
Models must be painted (this means at least 3 colours and a basing on your minis).
