Rules:             
This event will be run as per gaining grounds 2018, There are No modifications. The full gaining grounds rules can be found at https://www.wyrd-games.net/s/Organized-Play-Formats-8lfk.zip.

 

Schemes and Strategies: Schemes and Strategies will be available on the day from X am, and have been pre-generated. In accordance with GG 2018 the pre-determined strategies and deployments are as follows:

 

·         Round 1 - Public Executions, Close Deployment

 

·         Round 2 - Ply for Information, Standard Deployment

 

·         Round 3 - Ours, Corner Deployment     

 

Errata:             
The current errata as of 2 weeks before the event will be used (10th of Feb 2018). Any updates appearing on the malifaux app will not be considered, only the errata published at https://www.wyrd-games.net/malifaux-faq-errata will be considered.

 

Painting:         
For this event only there will be no painting requirements, however there will be a prize given to the player who has the best (Non-Professionally Painted) 50ss crew (This crew must have been used in the tournament for at least one game)

 

Proxy models:
Proxies from the official gaining grounds list will be accepted. In addition, conversions will be accepted, however cards and notification of the represented model MUST be stated to the TO and to all players requesting the afore mentioned information, and the converted model must be approved by the TO.

 

What to Bring:
All players must bring their own Cards (both character and fait cards), miniatures, glue (for repairs), measuring devise and markers.

 

Sportsmanship:
Sportsmanship will be based on an average opponent review ranked on a 1-5 scale (1 being poor sportsmanship, 5 being good sport).
